This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a cozy bar area, and helpful staff. I remember on my first stay, they provided me with a bottle of water at night. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting!

The breakfast options were good, especially the crisp salads, and the location made it easy to access local attractions. However, the service was a letdown with a rude receptionist and manager. Requests for basic amenities like a kettle were denied, resulting in inconvenience. Maintenance issues like poor water pressure and unstable heating further detracted from the stay, leaving the impression that this was not a true hotel experience.

Our group stay was fantastic! We hiked a 7.2-kilometer trail with epic views and visited stunning black sand beaches. The hotel was clean, and breakfast was a hit. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, making this trip unforgettable.
We did have an issue with breakfast not being ready on time, as the dining hall was still closed past opening hours.

Totally recommend for a brief hiatus
Comfortable room, delightful breakfast, where we enjoyed a well-stocked continental buffet with plenty of choices to start our day and a complimentary welcome drink that made us feel right at home, along with easy access to restaurants and shops just a short walk away.
Couldn't stay longer.

breathtaking view from the window, picturesque outdoor sitting area, plentiful hot water for showers
The rooms felt cramped with bags scattered everywhere!!! Air circulation could be improved—who knew a fan would be necessary in Iceland!!! Basic cleaning standards need attention to ensure a more pleasant stay.

The room was really spacious and clean, which was a plus. The beds were super comfy, and the shower had great water pressure—definitely a highlight! The only downside was that you could hear people in other rooms pretty clearly at night. But for a quick stay, it worked out fine.
