This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a cozy bar area, and helpful staff. I remember on my first stay, they provided me with a bottle of water at night. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting!

The breakfast options were good, especially the crisp salads, and the location made it easy to access local attractions. However, the service was a letdown with a rude receptionist and manager. Requests for basic amenities like a kettle were denied, resulting in inconvenience. Maintenance issues like poor water pressure and unstable heating further detracted from the stay, leaving the impression that this was not a true hotel experience.

Our group stay was fantastic! We hiked a 7.2-kilometer trail with epic views and visited stunning black sand beaches. The hotel was clean, and breakfast was a hit. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, making this trip unforgettable.

We did have an issue with breakfast not being ready on time, as the dining hall was still closed past opening hours.

The rooms felt cramped with bags scattered everywhere!!! Air circulation could be improved—who knew a fan would be necessary in Iceland!!! Basic cleaning standards need attention to ensure a more pleasant stay.

The black beach nearby was stunning, and we loved making fresh waffles for breakfast each morning.
